Wayi Garden Festival
Event description
You're invited to our Wayi Garden Festival! Held in the beautiful garden at Newlands Neighbourhood House, come and celebrate all things community gardens.
We'll have:
- a Welcome to Country from a Wurundjeri Elder
- market stalls in collaboration with Schoolhouse Studios
- music (TBA)
- a sausage sizzle & bake sale!
- fun activities for children & families
Slip, slop, slap, and come along for a morning of fun and festivities - plus Brewlands will be open to cater to all your caffeine needs!

This workshop forms part of the Coburg Community Garden Festival Program on the unceded land of the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung people of the Kulin nation. We pay our respect to Elders past, present and emerging and acknowledges that First Nations peoples have cared for Country sustainably for tens of thousands of years.
