Welcome to Winter Fit with All Folk Fitness! Winter Fit is a brand new fitness course where adults of all ages and abilities can partake in 3 sessions a week for a 6 week period, and you can choose to attend whatever sessions work best for your schedule. The classes comprise of body weight/resistance sessions. There will be 2 class time options during the working week, and weekend option: 

Tuesday 6.30-7.00am (30 minute workout)

Tuesday 7.15-8.00am (45 min workout)

Thursday 6.30-7.00am (30 minute workout)

Thursday 7.15-8.00am (45 min workout)

Saturdays 8.00-8.45am (45 min workout)

Classes are made up of resistance and cardio elements, in a circuit style program. They will be fully balanced body resistance programs, integrating cardio elements for an ultimate fitness workout! And, no class will be the same 🏋️‍♂️ 

All classes can be progressed or regressed depending on ability - which means its suitable for beginners, folk who may have injury/conditions and more experienced people wanting to up their fitness levels!

A very important element of these classes is that - FOLK WITH CHILDREN IN THEIR CARE ARE WELCOME! That means, if you have children in your care at the time of class, and need to bring them - YOU CAN AND WE ENCOURAGE IT. We want these sessions to be open and accessible to EVERYONE.

The 6 week course will lead us right into spring and we are excited to see the final weeks of winter out with a lovely bunch of people who are ready to find the 'Fit That Fits' for them! 

Indiana is the founder and creator of All Folk Fitness - a Coburg North local who is passionate about helping people of all abilities re-discover the joy and benefits of finding the fitness that works for them!!Previous to becoming a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, Indiana worked with adults with intellectual disabilities - facilitating art, drama, dance and disco classes. Since finding her place in the Fitness Industry, Indiana has worked locally at Eve Studio and Jetts Coburg North as well as taking clients privately for Personal Training in her home studio. Indiana is open to chat to anyone who is interested in fitness but unsure how to make it work for them.
